I don't require a deposit to be on the list, I'll email puppy news to you.

Puppies are AKC register able. DNA tested! Many end up as show dogs, agility, service dogs, or pet homes (We love it all)

I have a PayPal account that accepts deposits and payments with a credit card on the same day. You do not need to create a Paypal account to use it this way. Mailed personal checks are fine for early deposits. When picking up a puppy, please bring money orders, cashier's checks or cash.

Owners receive a puppy starter kit, a folder with all of the health records, parent's pedigrees, AKC paperwork. I also recommend taking a piece of the fleece I use in the puppy bedding, for the new puppy's first night away.

If you cannot drive to central Illinois, I can locate us a ground hauler for you. They vary in price and that amount is talk between the new owner and the hauler.

I prefer to use ground haulers over flying them.

I can always help have your puppy hauled by ground. She picks up at my house and takes them to yours.

I give each puppy a first name. This helps us to email each other about which one you are interested in. I will use a new name if you decide on something else.

The puppies will be started on their potty training. Collies are very clean and will wait if you let them out regularly. I keep them confined at night then take them out first thing in the morning and several times during the day.

After you have your puppy at home, I would love to have new pictures sent to me. The puppy is yours, but I like to know how they turn out!

The Seller guarantees this puppy to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this sale. A health record of all shots and worming will be provided. The Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 72 hours for a physical examination. Should puppy be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the Seller, the dog may, upon signed written diagnosis from said veterinarian, be returned for refund.

Puppy purchased is guaranteed for one year of life for any genetic defect that would cause the dog to die or live such a poor quality of life a licensed veterinarian would suggest euthanizing the dog. A licensed veterinarian and a specialist must make all claims. A minimum of two separate evaluations must be submitted to me in writing for a replacement and an autopsy must be performed in the case of death. Things not included are allergies, infectious diseases, freak accidents, suspected mistreatment, hernias, mild thyroid conditions, mild heart murmurs or irregularities, other things not in any way within my control.

No claims are made about the following: size, height, weight, placement of the animal in the show ring or capabilities of the animal to reproduce as an adult. Animals sold with "full registration" means at time of sale there are no known defects that would prevent an animal from being shown or breeding. Under no circumstances will this puppy be sold, leased, traded or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter or similar facility.

Breeder agrees to accept the return of the dog should the buyer be unable to keep it.

Please understand the needs of a puppy before you buy! While Collies are the best dogs out there, they still have to mature just as any other puppy and do go through the puppy stages.
